There was only one lady working in that area, so I continued to wait, but she never acknowledged me — even after walking past multiple times to assist other customers. After waiting almost an hour with no help, I finally gave up. I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

The K 9 dryer wasn’t turning on so I went to the worker at the register and asked her if it was broken and she said the outlet that it’s plugged into doesn’t work, so I asked if we could plug it into a different outlet, she went and got the lead and when they came back to the self wash station they both were being very rude and had an attitude. I wasn’t trying to be pushy I just was simply asking for a solution. The dryer that is on the wall in the tubs doesn’t have enough pressure to fully dry a husky. There should have been a sign letting me know that the k 9 dryer wasn’t working if they were not going to try to figure something out to get it plugged into another outlet. I could’ve gone somewhere else where I could fully dry my dogs. Instead I wasted my money. The results from bathing them there aren’t as good as the results I would’ve gotten from just bathing my dogs at home.
