Banfield in Temple, Texas really cares about your babies. They took care of my Biscuit after he went through an tragic event.. getting bit by a dog at 8 weeks old. They ensured he was safe and healthy, and now Biscuit is on a health plan to ensure that he continues a healthy journey.

🌟🐾🌟 🐾 🌟 🐾 🌟 🐾 🌟 “You don’t know me, but you saved me.” – Stella, a very good girl Hi. My name is Stella. I’m 35 pounds of sass, wiggles, and stubborn opinions. And today… I’m alive. Yesterday, I wasn’t supposed to be. I had a really scary reaction coming out of anesthesia. I seized. Over and over. It didn’t look good. But instead of giving up on me, the team at Banfield refused to let go. Dr. Dutta — I don’t even know how to bark your name right, but I know your hands kept me here. You and your team stood by me for hours. HOURS. One of the other techs even came in on her day off just to bring food so the rest of the team could stay with me. No one wanted to leave me, not even for a second. Banfield isn’t even open overnight. But they found a way to make sure I was safe and monitored. My mom called to check in constantly, and every single person knew my name. Every single one of them knew my story. They didn’t just save a dog. They gave my mom her best friend back. They made sure I got to come home and boss around my giant brother. They made it possible for me to strut into my mom’s kitchen today like nothing happened and demand anchovie dog treats like the little queen I am. And when my mom tried to bring them something — food, flowers, anything — they just said: “Just bring Stella back happy and healthy. That’s all we want.” Who does that? Who loves that hard for someone else’s dog? These people. These heroes. So from me and my mom — thank you. Thank you for holding on when my little body couldn’t. Thank you for seeing me as Stella, not just a case file. Thank you for giving me more sunbeams to nap in. I don’t know how I’m still here. But I am. And it’s because of you. With infinite tail wags and anchovy breath, Stella

It was great! We were checked in and shown to a room right away! The nurses and doctor were oh so very knowledgeable and let us know every step of what would happen, time frame, and answered all our questions. The only downside was checkout; it was almost longer than the actual appointment. We're still not sure what happened there....we were in line for so long!

Walked up to the desk to ask a simple question before I could get the words Out of my mouth The young lady at the counter cut me off and told me she couldn’t help me. I’d be better asking the people that worked at the store. Not even knowing what my full question was, I attempted to finish my original question which I did not get to finish the second time when she told me the vet couldn’t give me advice unless we were a client. I assured her I was not asking for advice on medical care. I was asking for advice on a substitution or if there were even any substitutions on the product I was seeking out when again she told me they were not allowed to even give that advice. It’s OK if you can’t give me the answer I need, but your approach was extremely rude condescending and unprofessional. I’m so sorry you had to put your phone down long enough to have a conversation with another human, but I was left extremely unimpressed by my encounter with this company today. That being said. You lost a client before you could even gain one. Kindness goes a very long way.
