  I have never in my life been so disrespected by a "MANAGER/ OWNER" if that what he really was. No RIGHTFUL Manager would come and find a customer and ask them what their problem is. Went into PETCO on 3/28/26 to find my dog a new collar (which they didn't have one i wanted). Decided to walk around the store and look at other stuff to waste time. This particular day the Easter bunny was there walk right in front of me as I was coming out of an isle, said hello how is your day and i replied hi. Came Back to the middle of the store to look at the medication end cap for my itchy dog and the "manager/ owner" walked right in front of me where i was looking at the different products without saying excuse me or anything to me for that matter not even acknowledging that i was even there . I said oh, um, ok, EXCUSE ME and walked away. He came to the isle where i was at and was in my face asking me what my problem was, that he approached me several times and had a bad attitude since walking through the door. First of all, HE never approached me not until I said oh umok excuse me. Let's just say everything escalated quickly in the store. For a manager / owner to become irate with a customer brings a question to mind how are you even a manager/ owner of PETCO. I will NEVER be going back to that store again. I would give this store a negative but i can't, so 1 star it is just so that i can post

  This is hands down the best Petco! Particularly Conor (a veritable expert on all things reptile and amphibian), who was amazingly helpful and patient with us as we asked allll the questions (for two days) before buying my son his first frog. Such great service and helpful staff—thank you!!

  Went in for a bearded dragon and I asked the lady if I could buy it and she asked what tank I have and I have a 70 gal tank and she told me I couldn’t take it home because my tank is to small what do you mean to small the kits yall sell for them are smaller then my tank definitely not coming back

  I literally drive over an hour just to take my dog to the best groomer Jesse!! He is awesome with my pet and the only person that she does not get nervous with when I leave her, and that speaks volumes she is a very nervous dog, and he is so good with her and gentle and remembers all of her little quirks.. the best groomer I have had by for I highly recommend getting your dog groomed here there is actually a Petco that is closer to me, but I go straight to Jesse! Everyone there is super friendly as well and I will be a loyal customer and drive the distance for someone to treat my animal good and have an experienced groomer!! ❤️❤️❤️
