I figured they were busy so I placed an order online for a birthday cake. I opted to pay in pick up, but there was an option to pay for it on the website as well. I received a confirmation email saying the order was processing. I never heard anything from the store so I called the day I had written I needed it for and they had to ask someone and call me back. When they called back I was told they don’t make the cake I ordered anymore and that they had some premade frozen ones in stock that were pretty small (will probably be 2 servings for my dog) but cost $27. I just think it was very unprofessional that no one followed up with me and that I had to reach out multiple times about this cake order. I will not be back.

Why do they have on line appointments if we have to call. No apology for the time wasted. I expect the owner will listen to my comments and take appropriate action to avoid for other customers.
