  I will never order online from PetCo again. PetCo uses DoorDash to fulfill deliveries. My driver never made the trip, and the item remained at this store. I called PetCo, who told me to contact DoorDash first for a refund. I called DoorDash who confirmed the item was never delivered and offered a refund. They said they did not have my payment information and thus transferred me back to PetCo. After much back and forth, PetCo finally issued the refund for the cost of the item only, but not for the tip I left the driver. They told me to call DoorDash to ask for the tip. I then called DoorDash again, but DoorDash again said they did not have access to my payment information. Either someone did not want to do their job, or there is a loophole in the system that allows the Dasher to keep the tip without making the trip because neither company can be bothered to do anything. Furthermore, the PetCo representative was rude the entire time and did not want to be bothered to help.

  I can speak on Daphne. Thanks for being friend. She picked up the slack when I lost my Christie. She’s doing a great job. Just keep her there cause it’s hard to find someone my dog trust.

  Although it is Petco, sometimes even when dead inside... the employees are very hard to find. Depending on the day and time. You could br there 10 minutes or 1 hour

  Employee named John and manager di not allow me to return a sick fish I bought here a few days ago due to not having “original printed receipt” I informed them that I had been purchasing fish at petcos for over 8 years and this was the first time I heard of this practice. I called corporate and told them of the situation and informed me that they are able to reprint with a phone number and as long as I had the fish physically I was able to do. They denied to reprint my receipt and stated that they have to follow policy. The fish was acclimated for 30 minutes in a properly functioning 50 gallon tank with several live plants volcanic rocks and more. However the fish only lasted 3 days and I have come to the assumption it was sick. They did not provide good customer service, I wanted to buy several live plants at this location due to my friend being overseas. They were not profession did not enforce policy on the petco website. They were rude & vulgar to another employee who was organizing stacking boxes and taking phone calls, While they stood around doing nothing but denying a customer returning a dead sick fish. I do believe the company must get involved to ensure properly policy and work ethics are enforced here. Don’t come to this store make the trip to another location.
