I approached the associate with Glasses & Pigtails that was working in the birds section. Asked her for assistance instead of taking me back over to the area to assist me, she pointed and said YOU SEE WHERE IT SAYS “CATS” its over there.. well Duhhh, wouldn’t you think I know where to go to look since the size if the letters were big as Hell.. worst customer service ever. Not to mention no one else were to be found for help as well.. smh.

The clerk told me I could exchange them for another container. I was able to exchange them without an issue but was annoyed at having to drive back to the store.

Even the veterinary staff at the HHS Clinic were unable to trim her nails, yet Daphne completed the grooming with ease and confidence. She was prompt, professional, and highly skilled. All four employees we interacted with provided excellent service. We highly recommend this Petco.

I always request Kristy because she is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and caring. Every product she’s recommended has always been good. Also, I must add that I get great customer service at the checkout register too!
