They do not care about you or your pet. My dog went in because she had anal gland that burst. They put a cone around her neck after expressing multiple times that she does not like things around her neck. My dog had a panic attack from the cone being around her neck before even walking out of the door. When we got home we noticed it was too tight around her neck , she started hypervenhilating and we almost lost my dog. Had to rush her to the emergency vet clinic. Banfield did not take fault in this at all and refused to even help with a refund after Inpajd 259 there to turn around and pay 1500 at emergnecy vet clinic to ensure my dog woukd still be alive.

I was given a free check up after my dog was injured in grooming. The dr noted some nonsense on his kneecap that could be a problem in the future. It's not a problem, and my dog wouldn't be scooting or holding his tail to the right If it was his knee. He then decided they didn't express his glands properly. I had no idea they were even doing that. He expressed his anal glands. Offered ointment, I told him what I had, he said it was fine. He offered gapapentine. I asked if he felt he needed it, he said no. I'm assuming he felt his scooting, yelping and pain was anal glands. He had a burn mark on his right testicle, and it's swollen. This appears to be his source of pain as he is trying to self soothe, so I have him collared, until i see snother vet. I came in for a refund since my dog had several areas of burn marks and was injured. I'm not sure what the managers name was, but he was cocky and said the vet stated the injury didn't happen there. And another female said they don't offer refunds. My dog was fine until I left with him. He was yelping and scooting and holding his tail to the right. None of this was there previously. I got my refund, and the vet came out and acted like I refused everything he offered. He said, what i had was fine, and he didn't believe Buddy was in pain, and also babbled about his genetic knee issue. Of course you're going to blame me. I have photos of his burns on his right testicle and images of it being swollen. I've been pretty nice about all of this, until the mgr told me my dog was not welcome to come back. Do you think that was even a consideration? I still had to pay him to express his glands. I never asked the groomer or him to do it. Tomorrow, I see another vet. I will find out my rights and get reimbursement for their harm to my one year old dog. I'm sorry goes a long way. But not here!
