Instead of compassion or accountability, I was blamed and spoken down to as a pet parent. Over the phone, I felt dismissed and disrespected, as if my concerns didn’t matter. Losing a pet is devastating on its own, but being treated with blame and zero responsibility made the experience even more painful. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who expects honesty, empathy, and accountability in their pet’s care.
