- SSSara SpicerMar 2, 20261.0Too expensive to see spots that weren’t even touched for grooming. (I did bath+cut) Tail was uneven(because it wasn’t trimmed) nor her ears and barely a trim around her face and around her eyes, she can still barely see. I gave a preference for length but then they didn’t do that except for her body. It was a lazy quick job for almost $100 and then wanted a tip? Job took 5 hours to get my pet back. For extra detail, I have a 12lb Shih Tzu. Girl bye. Last time I do petco groooming.

I was really happy with the staff they was really friendly. I was a walk-in. They made me feel special because they remembered Oreo from the first visit . They only had time to do a shampoo, but once I arrived there with my pet, they decided they were able to squeeze him in for a haircut and it was on Valentine’s Day so I really appreciate the staff squeezing me in and accommodating my pet

As i was leaving out with my dog I noticed his nails had not been clipped but on my bill. The young lady said they could not do it because it hurt him, he would bleed, maybe i should have been informed prior to paying the bill. When i got home I was asked, I thought you were taking him to the groomer? Not good work

- FFFallen FeatherJan 30, 20264.0I love the girls here their very friendly But this time I wanted my Shih Tzu to have a Pekingese haircut around his face, showed the stylist pictures of the haircut unfortunately he was shaved down except the ears Accident happened but I think I’ll trine the top of his hair until it grows back I don’t know if they’re giving me the same price that bigger dog gets I should be getting charged for a small Shih Tzu haircut
