The gentleman who helped us was super knowledgeable and the tanks were the cleanest most well kept tanks I've seen in a chain pet store. They had great selection and everything looked THRIVING, impossible to achieve without someone who really enjoys the work. I will literally be driving past 2 other Petcos to come to this one from now on. The guy at the register (different guy) was also really kind to a very excited child. 10/5 great job

I was in absolute shock by how different it is compared to PetSmart. Even though Petco is a smaller store the people are WAYYYY NICER, more helpful, greeted me with a smile and were happy to help!!! The loved the fish and live plant set up. And I adore how there's more animals and they all look happy in their captivity.

However, when we arrived to check him in, they suddenly refused to take him, saying they had recently experienced an issue with another dog of a similar age. This was frustrating because everything had already been verified over the phone. The experience was a complete waste of time and very disappointing customer service. Thanks to the rude staff member who was no help.
