- SKSergey KichukMar 29, 20261.0Bad customer service and experience, unprofessional cashiers. Bought food for turtle at the store was not any price tag and after checkout price was double then I’ve expected! Double verified at official store website and yes price was twice cheaper for the same item! Went back to the store, and asked to refund they stated that the price online is different than in store, which is obviously not true, after getting back and force they understood that was their fault. Then they asked my id to make a partial refund that’s the first time in Texas someone asking id for returns, usually it is just receipt and credit card, after I provided id they refunded cash I’ve asked why is cash if u paid by credit card and asked to refund on credit card they said we cannot! It seems the cashier was not professional and doesn’t know how to use their outdated system!!
