She refused to check the system for my dogs rabies record, and when I pulled it the PDF file on my phone, she refused to even look at it. She demanded a physical copy, but I only had the sticker they put on the vaccination card. Funny thing is this very petco was the one who vaccinated him earlier this year, but she says they don’t put the stickers on record. I would avoid this location as staff have persistently been rude and condescending to customers.
