My boyfriend showed the groomer on the haircut chart and I also added notes to leave him curly and not take too much hair off. Instead, he was shaved all the way down, and the haircut felt rushed and sloppy. I do understand that he was nervous, and they told me they couldn’t finish his head because he started to panic. I truly appreciate that they stopped when they saw he was uncomfortable, but I wish more care had been taken to follow the instructions we provided.
