Slight wait for 1 register but 2nd employee quickly came to aid in check outs on the other register. 1st I purchased my product took it outside to size it on my dog but it was too small. so I took it back to exchange it with the larger size but they would only send the return back to my card. I even asked if store credit was an option but they said no. unfortunately the money didn't return right away and still hasn't but I was unable to purchase the larger size item. oh well. it kinda made me late to the vet.

The after care was explained to be verbally and I was given written instructions. The meds were already ready and easy to dose. My baby recovered beautifully. They even brush out his mats. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and customer service I received.
