The vet tech, vet, and front desk personnel were phenomenal during our visit! The pricing was very fair, the staff were all knowledgeable, informative and thorough. This was a routine vaccination & flea/tick/heartworm prescription re-up visit for our pup. Everything was so efficient & convenient and I can’t get over how my family and our pet were treated. I really don’t think I’ve ever had such a joyful vet visit in my life & I’m thrilled we found this team at this specific Banfield location. Thank you to everyone who made our visit so impactful!

First I was told to come in at the incorrect time, when I got there another woman claimed to have been given the wrong time as well. She was made to reschedule. My appt with the roaming vet was great. When it came time to pay for the perscriptions, I did the price match, and the new girl was clearly struggling with the math. They had asked me to come back the next day, when the manager was there, because they wouldn't even attempt simple subtraction. I wasnt going to make an entire trip down the next day, because they didnt want to ask for help, so I did the math for them. She put it into the computer incorrectly, so it just needed to now be refunded and re-entered. Frustrated, they now tell me, they can refund the meds, but then they cant re sell them to me for some reason, basically holding medication for my dogs hostage, all because they refuse to admit, they are having issues doing the math, and too embarrassed to ask for help. I finally push the issue to asking for help, and they bring out another young woman, that they claim has my name, the office manager claims they dont know anyone there with that name, so I assume its a lie tactic, so no one can get in trouble when reported..(Guess their are several reports on this group, that they needed to make this defense) This blonde heavy set woman, medium height, Im guessing 5'6-5'7 comes and takes over, and she starts name calling, as Ive done the math for her, saying Im rude for pointing out what is obviously going on, and I shouldn't have to come back the next day, nor should my dogs treatment be held hostage, because the young people in the office, have an issue doing simple math, and refuse to ask for help. The woman mutters something after calling me rude, that I couldn't make out.. The regular vet was in the back and reported hearing me call them "stupid which never happened, so I can only assume, thats what the tech was saying, that I couldn't make out, but the vet heard, and thought it came from me. I dont want to claim the vet is lying about what they heard, I just know I didnt call any of these kids any names, so if they heard that, it must have been from the tech, of what I couldn't make out of them saying.. I asked the office manager to review the tapes, so they could make out the truth of the incident. Another girl finally comes out, that clearly doesnt have an issue doing math, she refunds the meds, and rings them up correctly. I suggested maybe a math cheat sheet, so the girls know how to figure it out in the future. I find it very sad a generation that cant do simple math, in a job that works with animal medication.. The manager assures me the vet does that, so animals aren't at risk. They asked me if I want my records sent somewhere else, and what Id like is simple basic training so people do their jobs adequately, without telling the client they need to come back, when someone who can do the job is there, or hold treatment from an animals as hostage, to not expect the company wide price matching done.. Coaching to the employee who started name calling as well, that simply wasnt nessasary.. Its not "rude" to expect people to be able to do their jobs.. More and more you see young people coming out of school, unable to do simple equations. As someone proficient in math, I dont mind helping to do it or even show someone how to do it, that way they know for the next time. What I dont do is put people down, for not knowing, I do expect them to make the effort in their job tho, so that Im not expected to come back, when someone is there who can..

If there could have been zero, I would have chosen it. The personal in person are fantastic. We have been taking our dogs there for years. The follow up and test results are terrible. 3 days and 5 phone calls asking for results, atrocious. Dr. Veteran suppose to call back next mid day with results after first visit... Never heard a word. I called with a the promise that they would call back. Not a word. Next morning, called again... same promise. No call. Afternoon of the 3rd day, oh ..they will call you back after hours. No ma'am no sir. Horrible..... No matter what time you call.. is this an emergency or can you hold? Great, I will hold... to the second 20 minutes of holding.... would you like to leave a voicemail... wait, huh? Terrible....
