Absolutely terrible experience. Day, the girl who answers the phone is terrible at customer service. You wait for 30 minutes on hold. They charge you for extra things your pet does not need just for more money(I doubled checked at other another vet). All in all terrible experience. Even if you go in person you wait 15-25 minutes to get any help at all and then again to get your dog during pickup. Absolute joke of a vet.

The worst Banfield location I’ve ever been to. The receptionist was quick to label my dog “aggressive” because it barked at another dog. Proceeded to yell “everyone watch out, give space we have an aggressive dog here”
Flash forward to the actual appointment. I did a drop off with concern for an ear infection. My dog was with them for 4 hours before they called and said “we need to reschedule because we can’t get the sample from him” I came in and sat in the room with my dog, they got the sample within a minute.
Save yourself the hassle and go see Dr golden at the Banfield in Mueller. Worth the drive.

Brought my dog for a 10 a.m. appointment. Got my tires changed at Discount Tire just across the lot. Came back, told the desk I would be waiting in person for my dog. At 3 p.m. I get a phone call from the Vet to confirm details on his intake form. That I submitted prior to his 10 a.m. appointment. Did not see my dog until 5 p.m. Visit was for shots.
Brought my cat in several times for routine checkups. Routinely this vet failed to get stool samples, sending me home with the kit for collection.
Absolute disasterpiece of pet services. Avoid if possible. Go to PetCo in Kyle or find local.

Every time I come here it’s a 30 minute wait. It takes an insanely long time to check people in and they only ever have one person at the front. Only one person and they take way way too long to check people in. Like, either streamline your check in process or employ enough people to be able to take that time without a line a mile long every time I come here. I’m finding a new vet because the inconvenience is insane.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
