- CSChef SparklesFeb 27, 20261.0Took my dog in for kennel cough, doctor thought he didn't need antibiotics. Gave cough tablets instead. My dog went downhill afterwards and passed away few days later. They wanted to do so many test, when they should start off with antibiotics first. Est quote quickly went over 1k. Do not take your pet to that young Vet.
- AMAntonia MoreidaDec 5, 20251.0Can't give zero stars. They do shady things to UPBILL you. They also wanted to do a ton of testing on my kitten that had ZERO fever. Went else where and they did none of the tests that they were saying we desperately needed. Now my kitten is happy healthy. We had asked for the full kitten bundle. $279 they did not give us that and we did not know til days later as they changed our email in the system and then at the appointment my husband paid cash and was told it was a coupon for the full kitten bundle and when she called to confirm the second appointment I stated we mine as well complete the shots to my husband who, DID NOT WANT TO GO BACK. we paid for a full deal. She said no and I did cuss AND HUNGUP. I called their corporate and to complain and ESCALATIONS GO BACK TO THE SAME SCAMMERS AT THE CLINIC. DO NOT ISE THIS LOCATION. FYI I am not poor, I also am not stupidly going to let you scam me out of my hard earned money!! I mean they literally did not want my husband to leave without getting extra unnecessary testing for my kitten when she had no fever so we should have known that evening.
