Called a hour ahead of time to let them know I would be a bit late. They assured me no problem. After my 50 minute drive to them I arrived to be told the doctor went home. No call, no heads up. Their hours are posted until 9pm online, for those wondering it’s closer to 5:30.

The vet staff were all super nice and knowledgeable, they answered my questions and treated my puppy with kindness. She didn’t whine or cry at all during her vaccinations partially with the help of some peanut butter but also the kind staff. I love vetco because even though I live out of town, I had the ability to come to this location to complete her vaccines as scheduled. I’ll continue to use and recommend vetco!

The entire team went above and beyond to care for my dog Maverick and ease our worries. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely empathetic about his leg injury. Dr. Montero was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent during the exam—his clear communication and expertise gave me immediate peace of mind. It’s rare to find a clinic that combines compassion with such professionalism. I’ll absolutely be bringing Maverick back for future visits. Without a doubt, this is one of the top veterinary clinics in San Antonio—if not the top.
