Took my coonhound for a nail trim. Staff was very friendly and attentive; kept him at ease the entire visit. Highly recommend.

I have taken my dog to vetco’s all around the United States since I currently serve in the Army. I made an appointment for my pup to get her annual vaccinations and then the morning of, 30 minutes before her appointment the vet tech Emily called and told me that it’s against policy to vaccinate her because she had a allergic reaction to the Lyme dx vaccine when she was 2 months old. And said that vetco didn’t give her the Lyme dx vaccine. She said she would check with the vet and call me back. I never received a call back and I decided to go in and then proceeded to show the record of vetco giving the Lyme dx vaccine along with the numerous treatments after that of annual vaccines by them. The vet confirmed the policy (which I’m okay with if it exists) I say that because about 4 vetco clinics have treated my dog since she was 2 months old. I called customer service to relay the information and they didn’t care at all that their clinics aren’t following their policies. Don’t take your animals here.
