  Overall wonderful experience. Customer service was great. Knowledgeable staff made the process very simple and straightforward. Our family is very selective when dealing with people/companies and our dog, highly recommend.

  It would help if the posted hours were actually the hours kept. I've come by on more than one occasion within the posted hours of operation and the clinic is closed. Today I come by at 1:30 in the afternoon and the clinic is closed. The posted hours are until 5 p.m. This is a recurring issue and very frustrating.

  Our first visit and I was so pleasantly surprised with the care and compassion and knowledge of the staff. They took great care of our little Punky cat and gave me so much information and clear instructions on how to care for him at home.

  The front desk was pleasant, my vet tech came in and seemed to just be upset overall and not like he had the compassion to be worried about my cats. As for Dr. Pruski, I requested for her NOT to be a vet I continue services with. She had her arms crossed, attitude, and zero compassion and was not willing to further answer questions, or provide me any other solutions when it came to helping my animals. I really hope with how much money and time this organization gains from clientele they reconsider having her work 1-1 with clients.

  AS A DOG OWNER I AM VERY CAREFUL WHERE I TAKE MY FRENCHIE “CHUBBY”. WELL SHE WAS A LITTLE UNDER THE WEATHER SO I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND I AM SO HAPPY I TRIED THESE GUYS OUT! THE STAFF WAS SO CAREFUL WITH MY FRENCHIE, JOHNNY THE TECHNICIAN ALONG WITH DR. MONTERO WERE SO INFORMATIVE, REALLY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH MY BABY AS THEY PERFORMED A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION WITH GREAT GENTLENESS, WHILE EXPLAINING IN GREAT DETAIL HOW MY FRENCHIE WAS FEELING AND HOW I CAN MAKE HER COMFORTABLE WHILE SHE IS RECOVERING FROM A PAINFUL SPINE PULL. AS WORRIED AS I WAS FOR MY FRENCHIE DR. MONTERO AND JOHNNY ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE OK, AND SOON WITH THE PROPER MEDICATION AND REST MY FRENCHIE WOULD BE BACK TO NORMAL IN NO TIME. OH AND DENISE AT PETCO WAS ALSO SO HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME IN PRICING AS WELL AS CHECKING OUT. YOU CAN DEFINITELY FEEL THE GOOD VIBES IN THIS PLACE. OH AND BTW MY “CHUBBY FRENCHIE” IS BACK TO RUNNING AROUND AND BEING HERSELF AGAIN! THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT VETCO TOTAL CARE! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!
