  I went to this location due to concerns about my cat’s recent weight gain and the technician Ashly really helped to dispel my anxiety about my cat’s health. She made great small talk with me and really made me feel comfortable, and she handled my baby with care. Despite my cat being super skeptical and anxious, I could tell that she started to feel a little more relaxed with her (granted she was still pretty nervous, but she stopped hiding in her head in a corner everytime the technician walked in). Dr Hartwig was also very clear about what steps I needed to take to improve her condition, and also was so friendly with me. I went to this location because it’s what my mom recommended and I’m so glad I did. They were so sweet to my cat and answered any questions or concerns I had. The price was also much lower than expected, so I was really happy about that. I would highly recommend this location as the staff are super friendly and helpful!

  He sido cliente de ustedes, pero la mayoría de las ocasiones que fui hace tiempo, batalle muchísimo porque ustedes no tienen nadie que me ayude con mi español, pero en esta ocasión quedé completamente satisfecha por la atención que me dieron la Dra. Támara y la Dra. Luisa en mi idioma español, me gustaría que tuvieran siempre personal bilingue, y así tendrían mas clientes, gracias por su atención Silvia y 0reo mi gato 🐱

  I take my dog there for her heart murmer. She is doing great they put her on medication and shes still only a grade 2.

  Dr. O is just amazing, she always is so kind and patient. Never makes us feel rushed and always is very thoughtful about her words and diagnosis. I really appreciate how much she has done for my pets

  Vetco IS where the pets SHOULD go. I was on the verge of tears from mental exhaustion since everything is financially happening at once. My dog got bit in the neck and I was concerned about how much this was actually going to cost me. Not only was the doctor swift with a treatment plan but she's very confident in her abilities and so am I. My dog goes in for minor surgery tomorrow morning and I am very pleased with the level of care and communication that Vetco offers. I joined the vetco premier plan and was immediately happy with the $25 that I spent which allows you to have free vet visits. I also immediately got $25 worth of credit coupons for Vetco or in store at Petco which was pretty cool. On top of that it was quite affordable for everything that is being done and we walked away with medications from the location without having to go pick up a prescription elsewhere which was nice. By the time I was paying I felt so much better as not only do I know that she's in good hands but so is my wallet! Thank you guys you are amazing the way that you deal with pets and your clients is better than All the places I have been. Part of me didn't want to write this review because I figured once you knew the truth the appointment spots would fill up very fast and maybe it would be harder for me to get mine in but I think everybody deserves affordable vet care that they can trust so it is my honor to continuously bring my fur babies to this specific location at bandera 1604. I look forward to bringing my pets here for checkups and dental cleanings!
