  Ivy was great with my Leo I was nervous as this was his first time but she definitely reassured me and that’s what him and I needed the most She did a great job with Leo and he came out so happy and clean

  While the people there were nice, I was a bit disappointed with the service and care my dog received and he was being mishandled. He was supposed to get bathed, have his nails clipped and a sani trim. However, only his bath could get done. The behavior that was described to me that my dog had just was not in line with any other behavior he has had previously woth other groomers. Even at the vet at the same location I took him to a couple days prior said he was very well behaved. I brought him home and his back leg was clicking.The groomer said he jumped off of the grooming table a few times. I thought dogs were harnessed to the table. He shouldn't have been able to do that if he was properly harnessed on there. She also claimed he tried biting a few times. Again, I haven't had this experience with anybody else who has handled my dog, so I do believe he was just being mishandled.
