- TTTammyMar 3, 20263.0We had 3 appointments scheduled a month in advance. Natalie was great with the 2 dogs we scheduled with her and we will schedul all of our dogs with her next time. Taylor T. was rude. After waiting for 30 minutes to check in in with her, she took our dog to the back and less then a minute later she brought her back up saying she couldn't get her in the kennel. In the same breath she told me she didn't have time for the VIP treatment we scheduled and said she could do the nails and clean the ears if we wanted. She never asked anyone for help and if she knew she was over booked she should have rescheduled.
- CGCandy GarciaMar 1, 20261.0I was not happy at all did not like the hair trim around the face and eyes it was uneven and his nails were trimmed and I payed an extra $12 for buffing them and they did not buff them in fact my dog scratched me not very nice. Will not be returning.

But these groomers were very professional and worked well together as a team. They were very respectful to the people and the dogs. We were extremely pleased with the results. If it's your first time, you need to have your dog's rabies certificate in writing. Thank you, Petco, for doing such a good job!
