  Liza was extremely rude and unprofessional she needs retraining also she’s not clear and sounds like she doesn’t know what’s she’s talking about get a new front desk person I won’t be returning business here

  I spoke with Lorrie in Aquatics and she was great! She was knowledgeable and patient and a joy to get info from. Will definitely go back because of her great customer service.

  I use veterinary petco services for my dog however I rarely shop at the store. Because my dog has a prescription dog food I went to your store to buy it. I ask the young lady at the cash register to help me get my prescription dog food. Her excuse was the line of customers was too long so I would have to go get it and then stand in line again. ( the dog food I needed was approximately 10 ft away. I couldn’t believe she said that so I asked her again and her reply was the same. A young teenage girl standing behind me heard our conversation and asked me if she could get the food for me. I thanked her for help. It took less than 10 seconds to bring it. Needless to say I was not impressed with your cashier’s inconsideration of my needs. Maybe give her something to think about ( because maybe she doesn’t know) a person is not needed in a self checkout station because it’s set in a permanent place designed to checkout items. People are obviously hired because they’re expected to do more even if they’re cashiers, for example displaying customer service in word and in deed. Thank you
