My husky Akira came back to me with a wagging tail and looking as cute as ever. No flying fur anywhere to be seen and not to mention her nails were nicely trimmed and her back leg trimming was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better groomer and I’ll definitely be booking Destiny again in the future!!!!

She told me her area was sensitive due to razor but after looking at her I see she cut her her anal area and is in pain. She told me she was matted. Lies, my girl was not matted. She told me she had fleas and gave her a trearment yet my other dog has no fleas. Im so pissed. My dog will not stop crying 😢. The groomer lied about the condition of my dog. That angers me even further. Take accountability for your mistakes. Then the manager continues to make excuses for her inept groomer. This is inexcusable. Yoir response is based on a manipulative liar.

Called and we were lucky enough to get same day service, I don’t recall the groomers name but she was amazing and communicative throughout the service with sending updates and even a picture of our Benny!
