The staff there were amazing, professional, quick, and above and beyond service. I have been to other Vetco Clinics the Vets there were not that professional and some of the staff were rude. However; at this one I didn't feel that way at all.

They text me to be there 10 minutes early, which I was to press three when I arrive. The door are still close at the entrance one Woman came out a coworker telling myself and another customer what we need it she said grooming we both told her no we’re here for the vaccine for the dogs. She said to go to the other door we both did and it’s locked. They did not let us in then 10 o’clock came and we finally went in the doctor. They saw my dog. Hershey asked me a question. I didn’t understand she touched my dog telling me. Oh, he still have his balls that’s unprofessional in that right talking that way to me and she had no gloves on telling me all the dogs has his balls that’s disrespectful and On Call for she could rephrase it another way very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place that even to my worst enemy needs to be more professional all of them there too.

Overall, it was good. I had an appointment but had to wait due to the amount of pets being seen before mine. There was no “private” exam rooms like at other clinics, but it wasn’t an issue for this situation.
