- AAAinsleyFeb 20, 20261.0I came here because of good reviews but I was severely disappointed. I was going to bring my cat in for vaccines and I watched a really bad attitude from 2 of the workers there. A worker named Josh approached other guests about their dog barking with such attitude and pretty much told them to get out of the store. I get they’re loud but the way you speak to people- especially in customer service in your position- matters. He kept that same attitude with the next couple of people in line in front of me and I was not gonna trust him with my cat. There was another woman who I couldn’t tell her position there because she just seemed like a mess all over the place- Ashlynn or Ashley was just as condescending. I don’t know what was going on here but I’m taking my cat somewhere else because if they’re talking to owners like that who knows how they’re treating the animals.
- VHViolina HSep 15, 20255.0The staff there were amazing, professional, quick, and above and beyond service. I have been to other Vetco Clinics the Vets there were not that professional and some of the staff were rude. However; at this one I didn't feel that way at all.
