Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
I traveled from out of town and had to make an appointment to compete my puppies third round of shots. The vet staff were all super nice and knowledgeable, they answered my questions and treated my puppy with kindness. She didn’t whine or cry at all during her vaccinations partially with the help of some peanut butter but also the kind staff. I love vetco because even though I live out of town, I had the ability to come to this location to complete her vaccines as scheduled. I’ll continue to use and recommend vetco!

Huge thanks to Dr. Montero, Johnny, Melisa, and Visha for the incredible support this morning. The entire team went above and beyond to care for my dog Maverick and ease our worries. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely empathetic about his leg injury.
Dr. Montero was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent during the exam—his clear communication and expertise gave me immediate peace of mind. It’s rare to find a clinic that combines compassion with such professionalism.
I’ll absolutely be bringing Maverick back for future visits. Without a doubt, this is one of the top veterinary clinics in San Antonio—if not the top.
