Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
My partner made an appointment to get our dog a booster shot but when they arrived she was told they couldn't give her the second booster because it was a week late. Our puppy is a rescue so some of her vaccine papers were confusing. If you can't give her the second shot, fine, that's not the issue. We live 40 minutes away, why not give us a heads up so we don't come all the way out there. Then turned around and offered us to see and different vet there but we would have to pay a new patient fee. Be forreal. I feel like it was an attempted shake down. We won't be back and definitely do not recommend.
Quick update: Vetco on Bandera is doing it this afternoon. 🤔

Over charged and dog mistreated at the vet. Very unprofessional can't believe they had over 20 dogs waiting in the aisles within one hour. Going to go to a professional vet that cares and safety handles animals.
