  We are very pleased with the neuter surgery completed on our Pom Rocket. Dr. Amy Priour is excellent. The whole Staff is caring and helpful. I never expected such great service, falsely thinking that a PETCO Vet wouldn’t be as devoted and efficient . I apologize for thinking such rubbish. We will take our female pup to get spayed soon. Thank you Dr. Priour and entire Staff!😍

  I brought in my precious kitten Minina. I was really worried. I’ve had a cat prior. Different practice who had suboptimal care for the furry patients. I was so surprised at how kind everyone was. From the sweet girl who checked us in, to the Vet Tech Cheryl who was a total hoot! And the DVM who saw my fur baby was PHENOMENAL. Dr. Priori was gentle and attentive. Care I wished my previous angel had received. You can just tell that everyone enjoys what they do. I appreciate the team so much and can’t wait for our follow up in a couple weeks. ☺️

  The overall care received during the visit was good. There were no complaints regarding the in-office staff, who provided satisfactory service throughout the appointment. Prescription Transfer Difficulties Transferring the prescription to another pharmacy proved to be extremely challenging. The call center repeatedly insisted that the prescription could be ordered from PetCo, but my preference was to have it filled at Sam’s Club pharmacy, as it is significantly more affordable there. Issues with Call Center Communication Interacting with the call center was time consuming and frustrating. After nearly an hour, they were still unable to resolve my issue. Direct communication with the clinic via phone was not possible, all calls were routed through the call center. Despite being in the same location, the “clinic” and “hospital” sides operate separately, and do not share information on the data side. This lack of coordination led to an absolutely awful experience.

  As this was the only way to submit. Review, this place deserves a - stars. The staff is not helpful. Let’s start first with the communication of trying to reach him for days and I dialed the local number here throws me off to another place in another country and somebody that gets on the line. I can’t understand what they’re saying that or they can’t understand me they’ve see to who take my money for a whole year and now they don’t wanna cancel me and return my money after two weeks of the worst experience I’ve ever had with the vet. I’ve been to other places that are nothing like this. This place is horrible horrible horrible horrible I spent hours and days trying to just get somebody to help me. They move me from one location to another location and never get anybody to really talk to and when I finally did, she won’t listen to me because all she’s doing is apologizing for being misled and mistreated and at the end of the day I was told that I will not get a refund back or I cannot cancel my account and also she hung up the phone on me. I don’t think that anyone can possibly really give a good review to this Petco they’re just not what they were what the reviews are saying they’re horrible horrible horrible I just want them out of my life, but you know what I need them to cancel me because they also they also told me that they will renew automatically for another year when the time comes so can you imagine that without my consent you know to begin with when I went in there the first time I I was just introduced to the plan and they were told me all kinds of stuff in this Cincinnati and they didn’t even give me a pamphlet or nothing. They charged me for my doctor to have a blood test and and at the end of the day I left without it an account number or ID number so I spent almost a week trying to go back-and-forth with people on the phone. I had to walk into the store to get that number because they couldn’t even find me on the system, but yet they won’t refund my money back. Oh, and they don’t make it very easy for you to navigate their system. I can’t even close out this review. I’m having problems with a finding a way to do it. This is not a very nice. To keep customers.
