- CPCarolina PrietoFeb 15, 20261.0I’ve been bringing my dog here regularly for grooming for quite some time. Sometimes he gets a full groom, and other times I bring him in for just a bath and clean-up. Overall, the staff has always been kind, and check-in/check-out is usually smooth. However, the last couple of visits have been a bit disappointing. In the past, I was told that certain parts of the service weren’t done because it was “per customer request,” but I was never asked to modify or decline any portion of the service. If something is being adjusted from what I booked, I would really appreciate clear communication beforehand. This most recent visit was especially disappointing. It looks like there are still long hairs left in certain areas, and the cut around his face seems rough and not well blended. It doesn’t look as polished as it usually does. Everything else has generally been fine, but the quality of the grooming itself hasn’t been consistent lately. I’m hoping this feedback helps, as I’ve been a regular customer and just want the level of service we used to receive.
