They charged me for extra stuff I didn’t ask for nor did they inform me and simply told me that “we already did it and we can’t take it off.” The manager was absolutely rude and told me I can never come back. I wasn’t allowed to see my dogs until I paid which is absolutely WRONG ! Stay away from Petco grooming unless you want your dogs to be shaved down to the skin and get overpriced for everything.
