- ___axvSep 28, 20213.0We had PAID for classes for a trainer from this location. We are a large family with young children and a lot of stuff happen especially last minute with us.. this trainer definitely did not understand at all.. and was rude to my husband about it. My mother has cancer & whenever she needs help we have to drop what we do to help.. definitely do not recommend this dog training classes.. it was great till the end.. definitely disappointed.
- JHJeff HJan 30, 20211.0Went in to buy fish and multiple pet supplies. Staff seemed to be hiding from customers. Had to flag someone down and when I did he rolled his eyes and sighed... great customer service petco!! He seemed to hate his job very much. Also another male staff member was making rude obnoxious comments about customers!! I was super surprised and just in shock how they were acting in front of at least 3 customers.
