I got 8 tetras and sat the bag in the tank to acclimate and then added them to the tank and within 4 hours the tank turned milky and all my fish died.

It quite literally NEVER fails that everytime i walk into this petco the employees are extremely rude. One employee specifically and it was not until today that I learned her name, Suzanne who is apparently the supervisor. ANYTIME i see her helping any customers she is extremely rude, using a condescending tone, or rolling her eyes and just genrally acting like its a bother to be there. Today how ever really just solidified that i will no longer be a customer of petco in the future and i will be telling EVERYONE i know to never shop there again. I walked in the get a couple of things and Suzanne and Mark the two employees were helping a customer that was in line before me being rude to her. When it was my turn at the register i let Mark know that i needed crickets and he left to go get them and when he came back he did not ask me if i was a memebr or to enter my number just told me a total, at whitch point i entered my number and the total changed which seemed to irritate him. I asked him if the women that was helping him with the previous customer was his supervisor which he said yes, and I asked him what her name was because i never see her with a name tag on. He told me her name and i asked is it normal for employees to not wear name tags and he lost it raised his voice at me and said "I DONT KNOW, ITS NOT MY JOB TO QUESTION MY BOSS IF SHE HAS HER NAME TAG ON OR NOT" which was not the question at all and there was no need for him to rasie his voice at me to begin with. However if this is how petco is allowing there staff to treat there coustomers then #boycottpetco #supportsmallbusiness because i will NEVER be returning petco.
