They even wanted to put my dog asleep for $250 if you don’t think that’s crazy Arden not only cut Louis’s nails he grind them down to perfection not to mention he was the softest we’ve ever felt him. Arden deserves a raise because his professionalism and expertise and pet grooming, abilities or by far expectations. We will come to this location as long as I’m alive or my dog we will also spread the word throughout the whole community that this is the place to go to make your dog or cat feel like $1 million and not worry about injury or hurting your animal like the others did Thank you again PetCo sincerely

I made a grooming appointment two weeks in advance, When we arrived, the groomer, Arden C, clearly did not know how to handle my dog and left him sitting in a crate for over an hour. After that, I was called and told they had “too many dogs” and that my dog was supposedly uncomfortable. That is a lie. My dog is 10 years old and has been groomed many times. He knows the process and has never had an issue. The real problem was that they overbooked themselves the weekend before Christmas and didn’t want to deal with a larger, fluffy dog that takes more time than small, easy dogs. My dog was shoved into a crate, stressed for no reason, and my time was completely disrespected. If you have a larger dog or expect your appointment to actually be honored, do not trust this grooming department.
