Came in to buy a snake, was told they sold the last one I was inquiring about this morning (December 24th) without looking up from whatever electronic device they were playing with. Asked about inventory at other locations and was told to call and ask for myself. No other solutions were offered, no offer to look at any other snakes. Nothing. Was simply told they were out, followed up by a YEEAAAHHHH. The associate was named Lorrie, she showed zero interest in being of assistance and provided no help or feeling of being welcome. She showed more concern with closing at 7:30pm. I was in store at 2:45 pm Cameron came from feeding the remaining snakes as I was writing this review and brought it up from a 1 star to a 3 star. He's been extremely helpful both occasions I have come in to inquire about snakes. Highly knowledgeable and shows concern for both the customer and the animals being sold. Shout out Cameron, give that man a bonus
