  Bought 2 fishes and 2 shrimps a few hours later one shrimp kicks the bucket, go back to the store and now they want a water sample, I’m not running around 3 times to the store

  The store wasn't too busy on a Friday morning. We found our cat's favorite foods. Tiki Kat and Royal Canin. We had to switch her food to kitten formula, because she was getting diabetes. She is old now, about 22 years, but she is outliving most street cats!

  Petco and vetco are BOTH a scam. I noticed worms in my dog's stool so did the right thing, (so I thought) and made an appointment to bring Rudy to Vetco. I brought in a stool sample. Which by the way was LOADED with white worms. They said they would forward this to their lab and get back to me with the results the following day. Which they did. Their lab claimed there was absolutely NO indication of worms as far as the stool sample is concerned. 🙄. Which is of course utterly ridiculous. You could visually see them moving in the stool sample that I provided!!!. After that, I told them that my dog obviously has worms regardless of what your "expert" lab says. They prescribed a medication. Drontal plus. I paid $35 for exactly ONE and a half pills! Out of curiosity, I went to the Petco website. I could directly purchase 3 of those pills for $17.85!!! That is right on the Petco website folks. They said they couldn't even issue a refund for the false lab reports without an office manager's approval. Of course it was her day off and that I was promised a phone call the following day. Even if the credit is issued for that, I would NEVER, EVER take my pet into a Vetco for veterinary services. And I will NEVER, EVER buy anything from Petco again. I bought a treatment for dogs on Amazon. At a MUCH, MUCH lower price than the scam prices at Vetco. They should be ashamed of themselves. But this is the world we're living in now folks. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual vet clinic. And for simple things like dog dewormer, just Google it and get it on Amazon. I've learned my lesson. Hopefully you do as well.

  I was really disappointed with the level of customer service I received. When I tried to use Zip, it wasn’t working and the cashier had no idea how to assist. Then I accidentally made a $150 purchase with the wrong card, and when I expressed that I was upset, the cashier actually laughed at me. In today’s economy, a mistake like that is significant—some empathy and professionalism would have gone a long way.

  Shoutout to the Vetco team. My old lady passed away and I requested a paw print and a little tuft of her hair. There was a whoopsies with her memorial keepsake and her little card fell behind a drawer. (accidents happen!! it’s OKAY!!) they got it to me asap once they realized what had happened and sent it in the mail with a detailed card signed by the entire staff and a long apology. It’s quite funny, my baby was a real clumsy troublemaker while she was alive and this whole situation made me laugh because it’s right up her alley for this to happen. Just makes me feel like she’s still with me. Thank you staff. You guys are rockstars.
