    Everyone here was so nice! When I came in, I warned them of my cats anxious tendencies but they weren’t worried at all. They were so sweet with my baby. They apologized for being short staffed and for any wait time, but I was in and out in like 30 minutes. Very positive experience.

    NONE of the animals that require UVB are getting what they need. The bulbs are behind plexi meaning 0% of the UVB is getting to the animals. If the company cared to train their staff or do any basic husbandry then they would know this. No basking offered either, meaning the bearded dragons, Jackson chameleon, and the red foot tortoises are all at risk for medical and health concerns. So disappointed to see companies still not even managing to do the minimum.

    I don’t event know where to begin. I had my dog groomed here today and it was an uncomfortable experience. I came to drop him off and stood at the counter ungreeted for awhile and then a lady came rushing out. Wasn’t kind, seemed in a rush, was in a rush to grab my dog and throw him in kennel. Told me I could just leave as she rushed him to the back and left me with the paper to sign. I was just staring at the back for awhile debating on if I even felt comfortable enough to leave him with her, as she seemed irritated. I finally left and ran errands around the area and awaited a call to pick him up. 3 hours had gone by and I usually take my dog to the 410 location where they are wonderful and my dog have never been there longer than 2 hours and I always receive a call, mind you that’s an even busier location. I finally decided to drive over there and I wait at the counter for 10 minutes and am never greeted by anyone. I’m watching the other lady groom a dog and even she looks miserable to be there. I finally ask the cashier if there’s anyone else that works grooming and he says just two. So he gets the managers and they come looking for the second groomer. Nobody can find where she is and they see my dog in the kennel and even find his report card, again I never even received a call that he was done. They go about looking for the other groomer and she finally walks out the bathroom, mind you I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes now. She comes out with the same unkind and crappy attitude as before and checks me out. I’m so glad she didn’t even give me an option for a tip because she wasn’t getting one. I’ll absolutely never come back to this location. I highly suggest you hire more people that actually like their job and care about animals. This experience was awful. It truly makes me worry on how my dog was treated in those hours that he was there. The stylist name was “Dee” according to my records on the app.

    Petco needs to do better when hiring staff. The employee by the name Samantha should not be the face you see at the register with such attitude . Not a single word came out of her mouth as far as asking if I am a rewards member or how much my total was or if I wanted a receipt or an even a GREETING . I will be returning the items because a store like Petco does not deserve my hard earned money . I’ll just stick to PetSmart for now on
