I believe my dogs might have felt a bit unusual due to the store's smaller size, but overall, it was a very personalized experience.

The Employee merely pointed towards the back of the store, and said "its over there" and then proceeded to get back on her phone. It took me forever to find what I was looking for, and she never came to see if I found it, or needed help. They was only one other customer in the store giving their dog a bath. There is no point spending time and money at a business that wont help and makes you feel like a bother for being there.

She was such a big help in finding the items I needed for my foster puppers. I was very happy to find that Petco carries Basket Muzzles. I found out recently that some stores don't carry them because they find them to be not aesthetically pleasing. I look at the efficiency of an item, before the aesthetic. So, yes, very happy to have found a Basket Muzzle, not lets just hope the pupper will also put up with it. A BIG Thank You to Poppy, again, she was very helpful. So grateful.
