Our groomer was wonderful. He took his time with out two deaf dogs and was really gentle and sweet with them. He was also eager to learn how to communicate with them since they are deaf and we had a great conversation about this. He seemed to really enjoy them both and they both look great. We already scheduled our maintenance grooming as our border/poodle needs every four week maintenance because of her fine hair. We are very happy with the services.

No other groomers in the area were available such short notice before the holidays. The staff were very sweet and professional. They even sent me pictures of my dogs in the middle of their baths which was super cute and unexpected! Then they sent more pictures and a report card of how they did during their services. And our dogs looked and smelled great! You can tell they took their time with their work and they love what they do. We haven’t found a groomer we absolutely loved and wanted to stick with but I think we just did!
