We have been open since 1980 & strive to do the best we can and make our customers and their dogs happy. Barbara attends dog shows to maximize her experience and help improve grooming. That should tell you how amazing they are right there to be in business as long as they have been with customers that come back. So happy to be able to take my puppy there and know that she is in great hands. I highly recommend their services! My Shih Tzu looks like a show dog every time I pick her up! - BBBradJan 15, 20231.0My dog came back from this place and wouldn't climb his doggy steps. He would just lay around looking sad. He wouldn't eat unless we softened it with water. He wasn't his normal self. He usually greets us at the door and now he just lays wherever he is and doesn't even bark. Probably doesn't help he was there for 8 hours. Really eight hours? And the fact a muzzle was put on him doesn't help. This is a 6 pound dog we are talking about, not even standing a foot tall. In his 11 years of life he has never had one on let alone see one. What the heck happened over there.
