    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Banfield. I booked an appointment the day before, showed up on time, and was told they “couldn’t find it” because their system had a glitch. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help, the front desk staff just kept repeating “there’s nothing we can do” and was completely rude and unhelpful. My dog has been seen here for the past three weeks because he’s been sick, and I’ve spent so much money, over $1,000 - trying to get him better and get some answers. The least they could have done was have a doctor take literally one minute to make sure he was okay since I had a scheduled appointment. Instead, both doctors refused to step out or give any reassurance. It’s unacceptable that their system glitch became my problem, and the complete lack of compassion or effort was honestly shocking. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management actually looks into how they treat their customers.

    For whoever was working at the front desk today at 3:30 PM on October 18, 2025: I was on hold for almost 21 minutes trying to reach your team. When I finally hung up and called back, I was immediately put on hold again. That's just ridiculous. Someone finally picked up without placing me on hold after the 3rd call. I understand that the staff can sometimes be short-handed and busy checking in clients who are there in person, but leaving callers on hold for that long without checking in or giving an update is unacceptable. Even a quick acknowledgment would go a long way to let people know they haven't been forgotten. It's really frustrating to experience this more than once, especially when all you're trying to do is get information or schedule care for your pet. Communication and courtesy make a big difference, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future callers. By the way the veterinarians are amazing. Especially Dr. Morgan and Dr. Miller ✨️

    I absolutely love this location! Both of my fur babies have been coming here for years and I won’t take them to any other location in SA. I have a younger dog with anxiety and an older dog thats harder to control but the techs have been amazing here. Lin normally at the front desk is always so helpful with a great attitude and Loreleigha and another girl whose taller have always treated my older pupper with the utmost most care. As a fur parent I value the level of care they put into helping my pups. Thank you to the staff and vets at this location, bringing my precious babies here always gives me peace of mind for their health.

    I had to put my 16 year old dog Goldie to sleep and the doctor as well as the staff were awesome and sympathetic as well. They walked me thru the process and made sure I was ok ever step of the way while ensuring my fur baby comfort.. Def appreciate that type of support with something so difficult for me to do.. I will be forever grateful for the staff and the professionalism they showed... Thank you Banfield
