You will probably get better service and more for your money. Drop off appointments like surgeries or anything else honestly even regular comprehensive appointments that are supposed to be dropped off, Will take you 30 to 40 minutes to check in. They don’t value your time so go somewhere else.

Why don’t you have a receptionist that just answers the phone? The workers at the front desk are trying to juggle both and you are upsetting your customers who are trying to call in. This is how it’s been for awhile, please up your customer service and add a position just for a receptionist.
- RRRyan RamirezNov 14, 20201.0I have been a loyal Customer for ten years now unfortunately after today's actions from the Clerical staff and NO communication from doctors to staff to Patient. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and i will be taking my business elsewhere. A month ago i was told my daughter or Pet had abdomality in her blood work it could be as small as Vitamin deficiency to Cancer in her liver. "Major stress". For a month i had concerns and gave prescribed medication as told for a fallow up month later re due test. On they day of test was told my plan does not cover second screening and will need to pay out of pocket major shock should have told this a month ago. Then was told it will only take a few mins ended up being 4 1/2 to 5 hrs only to be called letting me known another test needs to be done in a week to find more information. Thanks but no thanks. I will find a private pet car clinic not a Corporate Ran business where your pet is only viewed as number or Money. Bansfield has lost a loyal Customer and i will be letting my family Know not to do business with them.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
