  Mitzi, Poppy, and Pippa always get the best love and care from our favorite vet and the entire staff. The staff is so patience and helpful. Poppy especially loves and appreciates Margarita.

  My dog died because I was never taken seriously by these people. First of all it is rare you can be in the room with the vet and your pet. You have to drop them off and wait for a phone call after the vet sees them. Every time I took her I had to leave a message with the front desk with the concerns I had. THEN after the vet would see her and I would ask about my concerns, the vet would either say that the message wasn’t relayed OR just blow me off and say she was fine. I LITERALLY had to take my dog to another vet hospital for them to tell me she had life threatening issues that were absolutely preventable if they were caught when I first started with my concerns. I had the monthly pet plan and after she passed when I called to cancel they informed me I owed almost $200 more. This place does NOT care for your pet. They don’t truly do the testing that they say they do. You pay a ton of money for all these tests and they are never done. It’s disgusting that a company such as this can get away with treating innocent animals the way they do. Don’t ever take your pet here

  We had a very positive experience with Banfield Stone Oak. We were traveling and ran out of our dog’s flea medication. Michelle worked diligently to pull our file from a different state so she could fill our dog’s prescription quickly. Very friendly and helpful service! Thank you.

  It's good for the first year wellness plan. It includes all vaccinations and spay/neuter, all exams and office visits. When you are scheduling for the next checkup, it's easy, but it's difficult to get in with a sick pet. Both times the first year that my kitten was sick, they didn't have any appts for at least 2 weeks out and I ended up having to pay to go somewhere else. That's frustrating since office visits are included if I could have gotten in at Banfield.
