GreenNov 2, 20255.0My precious little boy Milo, an 18 month old flame point Siamese boy was just diagnosed with idiopathic interstitial cystitis and now has to eat prescription food for the rest of his life. As his Rx wet food ran out, I ordered more but the delivery was delayed. I ran to a well known pet shop, but because I didn't have a physical prescription, they could not sell me his food. The manager referred me to Banfield Pet Hospital. I drove over, very stressed out but determined that I wouldn't go home without his food. When I arrived, the veterinarian promised me I wouldn't leave stressed out. He took my info and Milo's medical report and created a med-card for him. I was then able to buy his food and relax that my little boy would eat a good dinner tonight. Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital! Thank you kind and efficient veterinarian! God Bless you all.

We have a highly anxious rescue dog, who has issues with unknown men, and I felt the vet staff listened to us and our concerns the WHOLE TIME!! When I first walked in (with my dog and husband waiting in the car), the gentleman at the front desk asked if I was picking up a dog and when I told him my dog was waiting in the car with my husband, he said ok so you dog is anxious/ reactive and told me I could take him straight to room 1 (which is by the door I entered) and he would come talk to us when he was finished with the customer ahead of me. Once the waiting room was cleared, he came and got us and checked us in. We explained he didn’t like unknown men and said he would send in a female vet tech to come talk to us. From there, every vet tech and Dr Troppy, listened to us about his anxiety and what set him off and asked us what worked best for our dog as far as getting nails trimmed and vaccinations, etc. So everything went very smoothly (compared to their clinics we have been to in the past). Plus Dr Troppy was very patient with our dog and offered numerous resources to help him with his anxiety. We will definitely be back to this clinic!! Thank you to ALLL the staff that saw and helped with our dog today!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
