Someone needs to tell this young lady that is NOT where you place the stethoscope!! Clearly a staged photo. Come on you can take real pictures in the hospital.

I took my dog for a routine dental cleaning. At check-in, Anthony was kind & helpful. I asked what time my dog was expected to be ready for pick up, because I got out of work at 12pm and had appointments later in the day. He said he wasn’t too sure, but that they closed at 6pm, and if I need to leave my dog until 6pm then it is fine. I get a call around 12pm letting me know my dog is done and he will be ready for pick up around 3pm. I said that is fine. I was speaking to Dr. Cruz over the phone, and forgot to mention that I couldn’t pick him up at 3pm due to my appointments. I figured it wasn’t a big deal, since they closed at 6pm. Around 4:30pm I get a call from Banfield. I answer and it was Desiree asking why I hadn’t pick up my dog yet. The conversation started out fine. She said “I’m calling regarding Elio. They said you were going to pick up around 3pm and I’m just calling to make sure everything is okay.” Her tone wasn’t great, but it was something I could look past. I said something along the lines of “Yes, I’m at an appointment but when I am done I will go pick him up. You guys close at 6pm, right?”. I guess this questions annoyed her. She said in an annoyed tone “Yes, but we can’t stay past 6pm.” I said “Okay, I’ll be there by 6pm.” She responded with “We close at 6pm, so what time will you be here?” I could clearly tell she was annoyed. At this point I was annoyed too, because she was rushing me. I gave her attitude back and I said “I understand. I will be there by 6pm.” And she didn’t hear me so I had to repeat it again. I hung up after that. That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I said I would be there before they closed, yet that wasn’t enough for her. Despite me telling her I was at an appointment, she had no consideration other than herself. I understand wanting to go home after work, but rushing me, even though I was going to get there on time, is ridiculous. I was told that morning, that as long as I was there by 6pm, it would be fine. Yet she was rushing me and she was rude about it too. As if I didn’t want to pick up my dog as soon as possible, but I couldn’t. I had to take two of my other dogs to the vet and their vet is 20 minutes away. I did not appreciate this. It was inconsiderate. Anyways, I called back a few minutes later just to see how my dog was doing. When I called, Desiree answered the phone again. I said “I believe I was just speaking to you about Elio. I’m just calling to see how he’s doing.” She responded with “Fine.” No follow up. I even waited to see if she was going to say anything else. Her response was curt and rude. I had been worried about my dog, because he has never been under anesthesia before. I didn’t know how he was going to do. So I asked “Is he fully awake?” And she responded with “Yeah, he’s fully awake now. He’s doing fine. He’s just here with us.” That was a better response but you could still tell by her tone that she was annoyed. Conversation ended. You could argue that Desiree was just doing her job by confirming the pick up time, but the way she went about it was all wrong. I work in customer service and I work the front desk. That is not how you speak to customers. Overall, terrible experience talking with Desiree. Very rude, unhelpful, and inconsiderate. The whole conversation came off as “I don’t care about you or your dog. I just want to go home.” I don’t want someone who doesn’t care about my dog anywhere near him, especially when it has to do with his wellbeing. She should not be working the front desk with that attitude. Anyways, Anthony and Dr. Cruz were great. I appreciate them caring for my dog. They were very helpful and informative. Hopefully the manager of this location has a talk with Desiree and reconsiders who he has dealing with the customers. Unfortunately, since Desiree is the last person I spoke to and saw, her interaction is what stuck out the most. And in this case that is not a good thing.

We went in with my daughter's cat that was visiting from Dallas so it was an emergency situation. Dr. Troppy was very caring and took so much time with us. Knowing how hard it was for us to give her liquid antibiotics, she said she would do an injection instead to cut down on the stress for both me and the cat. Her gland was drained, the area was left clean and we were sent home with pain meds & a cream. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit nervous about the visit. I was thinking we'd not get the service we would get at a place like my local vet. Side note: I was upset that after 35 years, my regular vet could not take her in. So all of this to say that the service was great, from the front office, to the tech to the vet. We may be making a change with our cat care in the future. It was fast as well and I appreciated not sitting in the waiting room surrounded by barking dogs. Cut down on her stress.

Brought my dog, Buddy here because he swallowed something and the staff and veterinarian were absolutely awesome. I dropped him off at 8am, not feeling well at all🤮 and when I picked him up after 6 (I was late)he was back to his normal crazy silly self👌 I would definitely recommend their services.

If you’re thinking to take your pet here and they will save his or her life. Please look elsewhere. Horrible experience they literally told me to leave. I know the monthly payment plan can be convenient, but not when it cost an innocent animal their life
