  Schedule an appointment for 11;00 and when I got that they as me can I drop my dog off. I had to be in Houston later that afternoon. So. I was in a hurry, Charge me for a cytpoint injection which he just had in January and he usually get the every 6 months because that is how long they usually last. The doctor call me while I went to get a bit to eat. Didn't really hear was he was saying because of the noise. So, I had my wife called. He was very rude to her on the phone. I really when I got home they didn't give me all of his meds they charged me for. Told me I could come back and get them. Since if was on a Sunday this was the only Banfield open. I am them can they call the order in to the Banfield by my house and of course they said no. They said I can drive over there and get a refund.. The reason I call them today is because they called me to come get my dogs stitches out. My dog didn't get any stitches, Now I have to check my receipt to see if they charged me that those as well. Service was subpar. I would go somewhere else.

  I LOVE this team. I have been with them since August of 2022 and I hope I don't ever have to use another vet. They are always so kind and welcoming, and my dog loves them too. She doesn't get scared or anxious when we pull up, and she's happy to trot right in. The vets are always great at explaining what's going on and treatment plans. The techs are also always amazing. I have the wellness plan for my dog and it has absolutely been worth it. Can't say enough good things about this team and I appreciate the love they give my dog.

  This banfield location is awesome. Dr Sarah Jane Mckinstry is a class act and there’s no one else but the regular vets in this practice that I would trust with the care of my pets. Dr Harlan is very caring as is Selena the office manager. AJ, Andi and Emily are always so helpful. Actually everyone that’s actively working there right now is amazing. I appreciate everyone and would recommend this location to anyone who needs a practice that goes above and beyond on the regular. Thank you Banfield Blanco staff for all that you do. You are all very appreciated.

  They were so kind and understanding. The doctor we saw was very knowledgeable and educated us during the appointment about her possible concerns and possible diagnosis. The vet tech staff was also so kind as well, same with the front desk staff.

  The only Banfield I got to... the others are attached to pet smart, I don't shop in pet smart what's so ever. Staff friendly ! I don't get greeted everything , by name, but the backfire staff normally remembers my baby (the doctor and whoever helping her) . Priced are better with wellness plan for your babies ! Cheaper than most insurances and other locations.
