  The veterinarians & staff here are extremely caring and helpful in caring for pets in need of emergent care. I appreciate their compassion and thorough explanation of recommended/required procedures. While I hope to not return, I will if the need arises.

  Took my dog last night. When I arrived they advised me the wait was from 1.5-2 hrs. We decided to stay as my dog needed ER help. It took them 6 hrs to finally see my dog. When finally taken to the back the doctor came back and advised me he might be needing X-rays to make sure his back was fine I told him before doing anything can I please get a prize for the treatment (I’m on a budget) the doctor said sure. It took them a really long time to come back and when they did they had already done everything to my dog without telling me prizes as I had requested. Soon after the receptionist came and grabbed me and said “I’ll check you out”. When in the register they told me it was $900. I asked them to let me know what they were charging and it was all the exams they had performed on my dog without letting me know prices as I had requested. I had to pay and they didn’t tell me what was wrong with my dog they just gave me pain medication and said take him back if he got worse. Will definitely not be going back here.

  Took in my boxer for an infection of some sort and due to her age and quality of life decided to let her join the stars. They were very patient with me and let me have as much time with her as I needed and gave me all the privacy I could ask for. They were empathetic and very sweet to my baby girl.

  These are the kindness and most loving professionals I’ve ever encountered. I’m in from out of town and my baby girl pup of 15 years had facial swelling. Dr. Ritter, Faith and all the staff could not have made Beignet or myself feel more at ease. Do not let the location intimidate you - I felt watched over and safe the entire time I sat waiting. Everything was explained clearly regarding my pup’s health and what to expect. All of my questions were answered and heard with an caring ear. There is a reason these folks have been here so long. The compassion and love of my little girl could be felt like a big hug. Thank you all for the excellent care. I’d give you ten out of ten stars if I could (she ate, took her pill and is sleeping soundly… thank you all) . 🐾💕💕🐾💕
