- JGJoe GonzalesFeb 16, 20261.0We were driving thru San Angelo this past Saturday and we called you because our cat Chelsie was having a hard time breathing and was in a dire situation. You said that you were going into a surgery and could not take any other patients. You gave us a number in Big Springs which led to another number which went to a voicemail. Our cat Chelsie died in my arms on highway 87 between San Angelo and Big Springs. She was aspirating and suffering. Chelsie's life may have been saved had you just allowed a life or death situation be the driving reason to stay open. I am angry at the situation and your response. You could have done much better. After you read the response from Western below, know that I have T-Mobile call logs that show I called them at 3:53 pm on Saturday Feb 14th and it was a 2 minute call. There response about not receiving a call is a straight out lie.

The staff went above and beyond for my girl. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get her out of this but the staff at Western was truly incredible. They know what they’re doing and they get it done. Beyond thankful for them and would make the drive to see them over and over.
