- JFJesseca FinkbeinerFeb 9, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The practice manager is absolutely horrible to customers. I’ve been taking my dog in for months and they have yet to fix the problem. Lots of money spent for my dog to still have the same issue. Took my second dog there. They told me she got her shots. She had not. They were going to give me the rabies tag and everything and the shots had not been administered. I asked for the owner to call me today after being treated horribly by their practice manager Patrick. I did get a text from Patrick letting me know the doctor was busy treating patients and he would pass along my demand. No call back. I would never recommend this vets office. No concern for the animals they are treating. Please do not take your babies there.

I think the pricing was reasonable compared to other clinics I’ve been too & they were very thorough on everything. Also helped with referring me to a less expensive ER in the temple area. Now my dog is doing fantastic & better than before. Thank you.

He was aproximatley 14yo chiweenie and was blind and not doing well but he took a turn for the worse when i was visiting famiky in the area and this was the Family members vet. They treated us with kindness and respect and took care of my buddy in his final moments and after very well.
