- KCKatie Conway3 days ago1.01. The “clinic” doesn’t even have a room it’s a table in the middle of an aisle and that’s where they do everything. Which is crazy to me because we have been to other locations and they have always had an actual room. 2. They run so behind, mind you all they are doing is vaccines. 3. The tech Zephyr is egotistical and condescending. After proving multiple times she couldn’t keep my XL dog in place she then would snap at my husband and I when we would try to keep him in place. After the vaccine was done and she handed us the leash she took a moment to the lecture the both of us on why we needed to stay away from our dog during the exam. Which proves she’s just on a power trip because what even was the point of the lecture when all is said and done and she had just told us that 5 different times. The actual vet was as baffled as me and my husband were, the actual doctor was nice and professional. Zephyr just needs to realize she’s just a tech not the vet, at every other location we have been to they have never had an issue with us comforting our dog. While I understand there’s policies and procedures, the repeated lectures, tone, and attitude isn’t needed.
