When I dropped them off, he said it could take up to 3 hours (worse case scenario), but will do his best to finish up quicker. 3 hours went by and I arrived to see what was taking so long. He said they had been finished for 2 hours already, but the system failed to notify me. I'm not happy at all that my babies stayed in cages unnecessarily for all that time. Please fix your system! I'm sure I am not the only one that has had this issue.
