I walked in to make a nail trim/buff appointment and the groomer told me it was a walk in service only… I make appointments at the arboretum all the time, but our groomer moved so I was thinking I could try over here again. The groomer refused to make an appointment for me and told me if they have time when I come in they could do it, but he wouldn’t be making me an appointment/commitment to having time when I wanted to come in. I’ll continue to steer clear of this place as the groomers have never been short of rude.

Feet were not cleaned up this time so dog has Grinch feet. My groomer wasn't on time yesterday and I think someone else ended up grooming the dog and it took twice as long as normal. Worth the drive across Austin to have a job well done.
