We took our dog here on 11/22 for an ear infection. They said it wasn’t a serious one, but still present. The price gouging was unbelievable—$243, and they offered clean her ears because they wanted to charge even more for that and I was administering the medicine myself so why would I pay more for that. I went there as a last resort since I’m off only on weekends, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. She was on the medication they prescribed for over 24 hours, yet her ears were still red, itchy, and uncomfortable. I called early Monday morning and asked to speak with the vet. I waited all day with no response. When I called back, I was told the vet was busy all day because they were the only one working. That was understandable at the time. But then Tuesday came—no call. I called again midday and was basically told the same thing, but they assured me I would get a call back since they would be closed Wednesday. Still nothing. This morning, 11/28, I called again because I couldn’t wait any longer. I found blood in my dog’s ear, scabs from her scratching, and she was tilting her head in discomfort. I asked them to please make it right—refund me, do something so I can get her the care she needs elsewhere. They told me they weren’t sure if they could do that and would call me back with an answer. I’m currently still waiting. This place clearly does not care and will price gouge you while giving you little to no actual support or follow-up. Their lack of staffing is not an excuse for ignoring customers or delaying care. Do not take your pets here. Their unavailability and lack of concern speak volumes.

We brought our cat here because we could tell her ears were bugging her. At the first appointment they took her back and ended up doing nothing except prescribing anxiety meds because she scratched someone (very untypical for our cat, she’s very calm and well behaved). We bought the anxiety meds and rescheduled. Took her in they said she needed her ears flushed and prescribed her some ear drops, then wanted us to return a week later. She ended up developing a respiratory infection within that week. When we took her back for the third appointment they said we actually had to bring her back the next day instead. We brought her the next day for them to say her ears had not gotten any better and that she probably had a respiratory infection. Flushed her ears again, gave her a shot, and gave us new medication. After spending $600 on all of this, getting the run around, and her ears STILL seem to be bothering her, we took her to a different vet because I just knew these people were milking funds out of us and had no idea what they were doing. The other vet said her ears are not better and likely developed into something else which this place NEVER looked into, the other vet also said she was very well behaved and didn’t need anxiety meds (shocker). DO NOT bring your pet here unless MAYBE for shots, but neither of our cats have ever had issues like this until dealing with these people. Will not be returning.
