  will never come to a petco again I came here because my vet and petsmart are closed Im out of prescription cat food (my mistake) I don’t have the prescription card specific to Petco. And the store would not even sell me one can, just until tomorrow morning Luckily I have prescrip dry food. But I feed my furbaby the cd food wet food bc they need it.. Anyways a waste of my time and now I’m sad. This is a petty-ish review probs but idc. Like fr. Lost a customer for life So sad rn, that if I could 0 stars I would. UGH ps. the prescrip treats they were selling were literally a month and a half away from expiring. Hopefully they take note and don’t sell those but yeah I put those back so quick when I saw that. Also I know for a fact the cashier could have over ridden/cleared the rx screen and helped me. But they didn’t want to. But you know who has be4 bc they rock, before I had their card and when I really needed cat food, PETSMART. Y’all at Petco (staff too) are no good. Okay, upsettie moment done. But yeah never again.

  Would have put 5 but have had recurring experiences of ordering online and told product not available but when go in the product is right there and not just one left. That reflects lack of Proper inventory management which to me is a store issue and not solely an online ordering issue. There was no way to get discount I would get with ordering online and no attempt to even try to help. Unfortunately same lack of assistance with online help as they can not do anything if the product is not inventoried correctly.

  I always enjoy going to Petco. They carry my dog food and everyone is very nice and professional. I am in and out.

  The helped Eloise was very rude to me I felt like it was a race issue with her. The customer was in front of me had more items she told me I can go first. But Eloise told her don’t worry about her. I really don’t appreciate the care she gave me. It’s not my fault what’s going on in the White House..
